- United States: 5-12 business days after your order’s processed.
- International: 7-14 business days, depending on your location and customs.
- Processing: Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days from our warehouse.

- International Order: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
- Rates may vary during promotions—check your cart for details.

Where We Ship
- We ship to most countries from our U.S.-based facility. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability.
- Some remote areas might have restrictions or extra fees—we’ll let you know.

 Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking number via email. Follow your massager’s journey right to your door!
- Delays can happen (weather, holidays, etc.)—we’ll keep you posted if there’s a hiccup.

 Lost or Damaged Shipments

- Damaged on arrival? Let us know within 7 days with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or refund you.
